Pakistan’s cricket team players have been tested for Coronavirus before the England Tour. 

The test of the players was conducted in different corona centers around Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar were the four centers picked for testing.

As Shoaib Malik’s departure has delayed, he will be tested later. The results of all the players and officials will be formally announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) later.

PCB’s director of Medicine and Sports Sciences Dr. Sohail said,

“The second test will be held on June 25 after the report is received on June 24.”

He also told that Corona tests will also take place in England every seven to eight days.

Pakistan’s national cricket team is expected to leave for England Tour on June 28th via chartered plane which will arrive on June 26th.

The Covid-19 tests of the cricket squad will once again be conducted after they reach the UK.
