Former West Indian captain Darren Sammy has extended his wishes on account of the 74th independence day of Pakistan.

Taking to his official twitter handle, Darren Sammy wrote:

Happy Independence Day Pakistan.  Dil Dil Pakistan Jaan Jaan Pakistan.

Earlier Pakistan Sports fraternity also wished on independence day.

14th August marks a special day in the calendar for any Pakistani.  Happy independence day to all Pakistanis around the World.

Imad Wasim while wishing on Pakistan’s independence day wrote on his twitter handle:

Taking to Twitter, Pakistan’s legendary fast bowler Wasim Akram said Pakistan is our beloved country which has given us everything so we must return that everything right from our heart and contribute to its rise, progress, and stability.

“A famous quote goes, “He who loves not his country can love nothing in his life,” and that is so true. Pakistan, our beloved country, had given us everything so we must return that everything, right from our heart and contribute to its rise, progress, and stability,” wrote Akram.

Former all-rounder, Shahid Khan Afridi paid tribute to the courageous heroes of Pakistan while wishing country a happy Independency Day.
