Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has offered veteran cricketer Mohammad Hafeez a monthly contract that offered him more than Rs100,000 per month, which the cricketer has turned down.
According to the sources, the refusal of the 39-year-old cricketer means that now he will be given a retainer contract and will not be able to get a monthly salary, however, Hafeez will have the match fee and the daily allowances.
Pak Passion’s Saj Sadiq Hafeez tweeted that,
“Mohammad Hafeez has turned down a contract offered to him by the Pakistan Cricket Board as he would prefer to see the contract instead offered to a young, up and coming cricketer.”
