The England cricket board (ECB) could send his “C-team” to Pakistan for...
It was reported that England was considering to tour Pakistan next year in January to play three T20Is. However, the tour has been postponed due to increasing costs and players’ availability.
According to the details, England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have consulted Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in this regard and both the cricket boards have agreed to postpone England’s tour to Pakistan until next year’s September or October.
The details further mentioned that ECB told PCB that during the beginning of 2021, their team has to play against Sri Lanka and India whereas their main players are also lined up to play Big Bash League (BBL).
Because of that, ECB will send a team without their main players which the board members are not agreed on.
It should be mentioned here that PCB had earlier invited England’s cricket team to play three T20Is in January next year as a reciprocal tour.
