Fast bowler Hasan Ali made a thriving comeback by taking ten wickets for Central Punjab, leading his team to a 9-wicket victory over Balochistan in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy on Wednesday in Karachi.
The defending champions chased down the target of 47 with comfort after they bowled Balochistan for 285 as they imposed the follow-on.
Central Punjab has won their third consecutive match as they are the defending champions who beat Balochistan in the 8th round of the first-class tournament at State Bank Stadium.

On the other hand, Balochistan’s Umaid Asif scored an impressive 69 while Jalat Khan scored 65 off 86 balls. Ayaz Tassawur made 50 off 62, powered by eight fours and a six.
In rounds six and seven of the tournament, Punjab defeated Sindh and Northern respectively after going winless in the first five rounds.
