Green shirts have removed well-set Kane Williamson and Henry Nicholls. New Zealand has scored 01-5 at Lunch on Day 2 of the opening test. 

As per the details, Williamson scored 129 runs and Nicholls scored 56 runs (133 runs) after resuming day two with an overnight score of 222-3. Naseem Shah broke the partnership by picking up Nicholls. Williamson was removed by Haris Sohail off Yasir Shah through a sharp catch.

Shaheen Afridi has secured three wickets, Naseem Shah took a wicket and Yasir Shah took one wicket.

BJ Watling (13*) and Mitchel Santner (11*) are batting.

Earlier, fast bowler Shaheen Afridi gave a phenomenal performance in the first Test match being played between Pakistan and New Zealand today.

Shaheen Afridi ended the century partnership of Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor. 

Pakistan had won the toss and had decided to field first. At the end of the first hour, New Zealand was 19 off 13 overs whereas Afridi had two wickets for 14. 

New Zealand were two for 13 before they united to be 55 for 2 at lunch. Kane Williamson was on 19 and Ross Taylor was on 25.
