Pakistan Skipper Babar Azam has taken the third spot in the latest ICC ODI rankings for Batsman.

According to the new rankings, Indian Captain Virat Kohli leads the list with 870 points, followed by Rohit Sharma earning 842 points and Ross Taylor of Babar Azam with 837 points.

Afghanistan’s Hashmatullah Shahidi (70th to 66th), Rashid Khan (96th to 89th) and Javed Ahmadi (103rd to 99th) have gained in the rankings for batsmen.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib al Hasan is holding the top position in ODI all-rounders ranking with 420 points. Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi is in second position with 294 points.

Shakib has scored 113 runs and took six wickets in the ODI series against West Indies and later adjudged man of the series.

Ireland all-rounder Paul Stirling gained eight slots to reach 20th place after scoring 285 runs against Afghanistan which included centuries in the second and third matches

New Zealand pacer Trent Boult is leading the chart of ICC ODI bowlers ranking with 722 rating points.
