Pakistan vs England: Decisive Match Of T20 Series To Be Played Today

The third and final match of the T20 series between Pakistan and England will be played in Manchester today.

In the first match, Pakistan defeated England by 31 runs while in the second match, the host team defeated Pakistan by 45 runs to level the series.

Both the teams have reached Manchester for the decisive match. Pakistani fast bowler Hassan Ali is still unfit. He could not play the first two matches due to a left leg strain and his participation in the third match is also doubtful.

The match will start at 10.30 pm Pakistan time.

Pakistan has a chance to improve the T20 rankings. If they win the series, they will move up from 4th to 3rd.

England has won four of their last seven matches at Old Trafford, while two of the three defeats have been against Pakistan.

The Green Shirts won by nine wickets in 2016. Last year, Babar Azam XI defeated England by five runs to tie the series 1-1.

In the first T20 match, Pakistan defeated England by 32 runs while in the second match, England defeated Pakistan by 45 runs to level the series.

It may be recalled that Pakistan had a clean sweep of England in the ODI series. After the tour of England, the national team will leave for the West Indies, where the Test series, as well as the ODI and T20 series, are scheduled.

Note that after the defeat in the second T20, Babar Azam said that the performance of the spinners was satisfactory but the pacers gave a lot of runs.

England captain Jose Butler said that losing the toss was also beneficial for us, the batsmen put together a good total scoreboard which helped the bowlers to increase the pressure on the visiting team, Adil Rashid Matt Parkinson also took full advantage of the opportunity, the bowlers planned the team and bowled as needed to pave the way for victory.
