Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi believes that Kashmir Premier League (KPL) is an ideal opportunity for the local players to showcase their talent.
The inaugural edition of the tournament will be played from August 6 to 17 in Muzaffarabad.

Afridi, who is also the league’s brand ambassador, expressed those comments on his official Twitter account on Tuesday.

Six teams will participate in the competition including Rawalakot Hawks, Kotli Lions, Mirpur Royals, Muzaffarabad Tigers, Overseas Warriors and Bagh Stallions.
