“We are thrilled to welcome both the England men’s team for what will be their first tour to Pakistan since 2005 and the England women’s team, who will be touring Pakistan for the first time,” said Khan.

The two 20-overs games which were to be played in the National Stadium Karachi on 14 and 15 October have now been rescheduled and will be played on October 13 and 14 in the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

“In addition to this home series, England will tour Pakistan in the last quarter of 2022 for white-ball and ICC World Test Championship games,” PCB Chief Executive added.
