However, Lewis O’Brien did score to give Fulham a nervous end, but Marco Silva’s team managed to hold on. With the victory, Fulham increases their point total to 11, while Forest has just four points after seven games. Fulham turned the game on its head against Nottingham Forest by scoring three goals in less than six minutes, winning 3-2.

Mitrovic created havoc, Willian whipped in lovely crosses, and Palhinha, Pereira, and Reed have the ideal balance of strength and skill in center midfield for Fulham. Silva has put together a competent staff. They look well-balanced and eager to disprove all of their critics. This Fulham team has quality everywhere, and even though they are pleasantly surprise us, they should be in the top 10.
Dean Henderson can’t handle everything by himself: In the first half, it got really crazy as Henderson made stop after save and Forest was helpless to defend him. Henderson has been outstanding for Forest so far this season, which is why he was selected for the most recent England team. He has had a lot of playing time and was helpless to stop the goals he allowed.
Fragile Forest is having trouble: After leading Bournemouth 2-0 and then losing their most recent home game 3-2, Forest needed to regain their confidence. The identical action was then taken here. They appeared OK after going into halftime with a 1-0 lead. They didn’t play well, but after Fulham’s first goal, everything was over.
Although Forest did come back late in the game, they didn’t deserve to win, and Steve Cooper urgently has to find some consistency in his team selection and formations all over the field.
