Nadeem Omar and Aziz Kassamali will continue to control Galle Gladiators for a third year. The final of the third Lanka Premier League will be played in Colombo on December 23, 2022.

Galle Gladiators play reigning champions Jaffna Kings in the first match. The first 20 games will be played at Hambantota, Kandy, and Colombo. Final-round games are also at RPICS in Colombo.

Nadeem Omar and Aziz Kassamali have played in every tournament. They want to win the trophy this time.

Aziz Kassamali, co-owner of Galle Gladiators, said they want to bring smiles to Sri Lankan cricket fans.
