More than 1.4 million fans from around world have visited Qatar for FIFA 2022

Qatar: In anticipation of the FIFA World Cup 2022, more than 1.4 million spectators from across the globe have travelled to Qatar.

During the championship match between France and Argentina, which is being played in Lucille Stadium, there are more than 70 thousand supporters in attendance.

The organisers of the FIFA event predict that there will be a total attendance of 3.4 million people. This equates to an average attendance of 53,000 supporters per game and a capacity that is exceeded by more than 96%

Al Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar and host of the FIFA World Cup, is also in attendance at Lusail Stadium to watch the championship play. Participation at the final match of the FIFA World Cup by the Prime Minister of Iraq, who was in attendance at Lusail Stadium.
