Najam Sethi, the chairman of the management committee for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has made it clear that he will not accept any favors for himself.

Sethi asked his friends and superiors not to approach him on Friday regarding the inclusion of any player or coach or employment for an undeserving person.

Taking to twitter he wrote:

Sethi also asked that he not be asked for PSL 8 passes. “I’m making a personal request to all friends and high-ups not to ask for complimentary PSL tickets/passes starting next month. The National Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee, which audits PCB, has urged us to stop! “He put pen to paper.

Sethi has made some significant choices since taking over as chairman of the PCB in December. Shahid Khan Afridi was named interim chief selector for the home ODI series against New Zealand. Shahid confirmed three notable additions to the Test squad for the New Zealand series in his maiden assignment: Mir Hamza, Sajid Khan, and Shahnawaz Dahani.

The task of restoring the 2014 constitution was given to the Sethi-led management committee, which consists of 14 members nominated by PM/PCB-patron Shehbaz Sharif. The 2019 PCB constitution was thus revoked.
