Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Shah Afridi unveiled the official logo of his team for the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

The defending champions shared a video of Afridi while revealing his franchise’s logo.

Shaheen also designed Qalandars’ official PSL kit for this season. “Our captain and leader is Shaheen Shah Afridi. Shaheen is also working on the new Lahore Qalandars kit “Atif Rana, the franchise owner, had revealed.

“Shaheen is designing the best kit just like he takes wickets. His kit design will blow away everyone’s senses. Hope all fans will like this new kit design,” he added.

The PSL 8 will begin on February 13 with the defending champions Qalandars taking on the Multan Sultans in the opening match at the Multan Cricket Stadium following the opening ceremony.

Rawalpindi will host 11 games, while Karachi and Lahore will each host nine, and Multan will host five.

It is worth noting that under Shaheen’s captaincy, Qalandars won their first-ever PSL title in 2022, defeating Multan Sultans in the final of the tournament’s seventh edition.
