Pakistani pacer Shanawaz Dahani shared his educational background while sharing pictures of his visit to his childhood school.

Dahani posted images from a classroom where he studied until class six on Twitter.

“It was an honor to visit & meet teachers & students, of my primary school. studied till class six here as my father couldn’t afford fees further, so was admitted in Govt Pilot School Larkana till class 10. later did I.Com & B.Com from Commerce College Larkana,” he shared.

National players are enjoying quality time with their families and friends before the start of the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Dahani earned his village’s respect by showcasing his talent on the cricket field. Dahani was chosen for the Multan Sultans for the PSL 2021 after performing in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.

In his first PSL season, the right-arm pacer was the driving force behind Sultans’ bowling attack. For his club to win their first PSL championship, Dahani collected the most wickets (20) in that edition.

On the strength of his PSL performance, Dahani made his T20I debut against Bangladesh in the same year. On his debut, he claimed a wicket for 24 runs in four overs.

He recently played in the Test and One-Day International squads for Pakistan’s home series against England and New Zealand. He was unable to participate in any games.

England defeated Pakistan 3-0 in the Test series, but the Test series against New Zealand ended in a tie, and the Kiwis then went on to win the three-match ODI series 2-1.
