Shakib Al Hasan, an all-rounder from Bangladesh, was selected by Peshawar Zalmi with their reserve extra pick for the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Shakib will tomorrow join the Zalmi team after leading Fortune Barishal in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) of 2023. On February 14, when Zalmi take on Karachi Kings at National Stadium in Karachi, he will be eligible for selection.

“Shakib Al Hasan was selected by Peshawar Zalmi as a reserve supplemental pick. He will be a selection in the game against KK on Tuesday. He is available until February 26 “PCB declared.

In BPL 2023, the left-handed batsman scored 375 runs in 11 innings. In 13 games, he also took 10 wickets.

Richard Gleeson and Peter Hatzoglou are filling in on a component basis.
