Ronda Rousey, a former UFC superstar, identified Gina Carano as the only opponent that could convince her to return to the Octagon.

Before Holly Holm dethroned her in 2015, the former bantamweight champion was one of MMA’s top stars, having won 12 consecutive fights.

After losing her return bout to Amanda Nunes the following year, Rousey departed the UFC octagon for the WWE ring, where she is currently on a winning streak.

When veteran wrestler Kurt Angle asked Rousey what it would take for her to return to competition, she responded: “I’ve said it a million times. It’s not exactly a novel concept, but Gina, man.

“Gina Carano is the reason I started fighting and the reason I knew it was possible. I will be eternally thankful. And if she ever said, “Ronda, I want to fight you tomorrow at 205 pounds,” I would do whatever she wanted.

She stated, “I’m not saying she weighs 205 pounds, but if she wanted to come into my backyard and do the Rocky thing or ding, ding in the backyard, I wouldn’t care.”

Rousey stated that she will fight Gina wherever she desires, and if she does not choose to fight forever, we will leave it at that.
