Punjab Assembly Speaker Muhammad Sibtain Khan has ruled that the session of the house called by the province’s Governor is unconstitutional. The Speaker giving his ruling said when one session of the assembly is underway, the other session can’t be summoned. He added that the house is in its 42nd session and as per law the ongoing session first ends
