Acer launches new ultra-thin Swift 7 laptop

Acer has launched a new Swift 7 laptop, which is punted as a super-thin and powerful device.

The latest version of the Swift 7 features an 8th-gen Intel Core i7 CPU, SSD storage, and up to 16GB of RAM.

On the design side, Acer said the laptop only weighs 890 grams and comes in at 9.9mm thick – all while sporting a 14-inch full HD touch display.

To keep the chassis thin, Acer has fitted the Swift 7 with Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports, a DisplayPort, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The new Acer Swift 7 will be available from May in the US, starting at $1,699.
