Toilets not working-astronauts have to use diapers in ISS

NASA translation notified on Wednesday that the astronauts will be compelled to use “Diapers” in the future, all toilets are out of order in International Space Station.

According to the international media sources, none of the toilets can be used, it is predicted that astronauts will have to wear diapers instead of rushing towards the toilets.

Luca Parmitano, the station commander said to the ground specialists at NASA’s mission control center that the astronauts are predicted to use diapers shortly as all the toilets are not working.

Two toilets are available in ISS; one is located in Russian module and the second one is located in the US module. Both the toilets are Russian-made. Apart from them, Soyuz ships contain toilets but then are used only when the ships are docked and is in flight.

Luca Parmitano, the station commander said to the ground specialists at NASA’s mission control center that the astronauts are predicted to use diapers shortly as all the toilets are not working.

Luca Parmitano added that the toilet in the Rusian module is filled to the maximum, whereas signals appear on the toilet of the U.S. section that it is out of order.

However, the toilet of the US module was made operational again, an engineer of Space Center Houston informed Luca Parmitano.
