According to the recent report by WABetal Info, a blog that is responsible for tracking WhatsApp developments, the social messaging app owned by Facebook is in progress for releasing the feature dark mode.
WABetaInfo – a popular Twitter account that deep-dives through the latest beta releases of the app to uncover clues about forthcoming features – discovered the first hints at the gloomier appearance in summer 2018.
In addition to this, the dark theme feature for iOS users is about to release. Even though as a Tweet which the blog shared, it was mentioned the gradual dark mode roll out for iOS users, which is underworking and not all stable yet.
