Tech Giant Amazon mistakenly sends its employees a memo, requesting to delete the social media app TikTok.
According to the media reports, Amazon, in its technical error, told employees they must remove TikTok, a video app popular nowadays, from devices that access.
However, the statement from TikTok company said “While Amazon did not communicate to us before sending their email, and we still do not understand their concerns, we welcome a dialogue so we can address any issues they may have and enable their team to continue participating in our community,”
Earlier it was reported that the United States is considering a full time ban on Chinese social media applications including Tik Tok, said the secretary of state, Mike Pompeo.
US Secretary of State in a recent interview, said that “With respect to Chinese apps on people’s cell phones, I can assure you the United States will get this one right too, Laura,” he said. “I don’t want to get out in front of the President [Donald Trump], but it’s something we’re looking at.”
