Samsung introduced the world’s first 4-camera Smart Phone Galaxy A9 in October 2018 and now the South Korean company is ready to introduce its first Penta-camera phone.
This will not be the first such phone in the world as this credit is with Nokia 9 Pure View but it will definitely be the first such phone of Samsung.
The phone is likely to be the Galaxy A72, and the company often tests the Galaxy A series on camera systems.
The camera system will feature a 64-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel Ultra Wide, 8-megapixel telephoto (3x optical zoom), 5-megapixel macro and 5-megapixel depth sensor camera.
This 8-megapixel 3X optical zoom camera is also present in the Galaxy S20FE and can be integrated into the Galaxy A71 from there.
Earlier, a leak claimed that the Galaxy A72A would be the first phone in the series to be equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
The device is expected to feature a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
Along with the A72, Samsung is also expected to introduce a Galaxy A52 smartphone with a quad-camera setup similar to the A51.
But Samsung has higher expectations than the A72 and A52, with sales estimated at 30 million devices, accounting for 10 per cent of all Samsung phone sales.
