WhatsApp is all set to bring awesome new features for its Android users. It is likely to bring a new catalogue shortcut for business accounts, a new call button, and a ‘Doodle’ option.
Sources revealed that the social media app has been working on these features. They have been working in the beta version for Android, the new additions are being tested in the latest WhatsApp 2.20.200.3 beta for Android.
Catalogue shortcut feature is much helpful for businesses to communicate easily. It will allow quick access to the product portfolio.
Business chats will be capable of enjoying a shortcut. Once the feature is updated, you will see a short icon next to the Call button. The messaging app is developing a separate call button.
According to the report, the call button will combine the shortcuts for video and voice calls in one. The users will see two call options when they tap on the button.
On the other hand, WhatsApp is all set to introduce a ‘Add WhatsApp Doodles.’ The feature is being tested on the coding of WhatsApp 2.20.200.3 beta for Android. Through this doodle, users will be able to superimpose doodles in chat wallpapers.
As per reports, the messaging app is working on features including the auto-archive chats and has brought back its popular vacation mode in the latest Android beta update.
