The messaging platform WhatsApp will soon introduce a new feature for voice messages. As per the details, users will be able to play their voice messages at 1x, 1.5x, or 2x speed to listen to the long audio messages faster.
Moreover, WhatsApp is reportedly testing out new multi-device support for iOS users. This feature was already available for Android users since January but is now also under development for the iOS beta version.
Another feature for WhatsApp web is also underway. Some leaked WhatsApp Web Beta screenshots show that the users will be able to use WhatsApp on their systems without having their phones connected to the internet.
Users who join the beta program can link up to four desktop devices at once, including Facebook’s Portal service.
Earlier, the global messaging application WhatsApp had officially released the voice and video calling feature on the desktop versions of its app.
Earlier, these features were only available for mobile devices but now users can enjoy these features on laptop and desktop computers.
