Google translate reaches 1 billion downloads on the Play store

Tech giant Google’s application “Google Translate” reached one billion downloads on the Android Play Store.

Google services as already popular around the world almost more than 5 billion users globally used Google services. Google Translate has been the undefeated translation service since its inception. Now, more than a decade after its introduction, the Google Translate Android app has hit a huge milestone.

This language translate application was launched back in January 2010, over the year this app updated with new features. Google Translate supports 109 languages, transcription, pronunciation, offline translation, camera translation, dark mode, and more.

Earlier, tech giant Google has announced numerous new features that will be added to Google Maps.

As per reports, Google has added a new interesting feature that will help you find your way through indoor spaces like airports, malls, and train stations using increased reality.

This new feature of Google Maps called “Live View AR” will provide guidance of the real world as you look through your phone’s display. So, if you are in an airport, just search for what you’re looking for in Google Maps, and the markers will guide you with arrows and other digital indicators.
