TikTok set to launch AI Song Generating feature

TikTok has introduced a new feature called “AI Song” that is currently being tested. The feature aims to empower users to create unique songs using artificial intelligence.

It is currently available to a limited user base and uses the Bloom language model to generate lyrics based on user-input prompts. While the main purpose is for entertainment, TikTok clarifies that it is not intended for creating viral hits.

Users can input prompts like “going to concerts” or “cuddling with pets,” and the AI generates lyrics, pairing them with music from TikTok’s catalog in genres like “pop,” “EDM,” or “hip-hop.”

YouTube introduced its “Dream Track” feature, allowing creators to generate 30-second soundtracks imitating various artists’ styles.
