Realme has confirmed that its new smartphone, the Realme 14x, will launch in India on December 18, becoming the country’s first IP69-rated device priced under INR 15,000 ($175/€165).
The device was recently teased through a leaked image, showcasing its design and color options.
The Realme 14x is designed to reflect the “tough beauty of diamonds,” with a back panel that shines like crystals and gems under sunlight. It will be available in three colors: Crystal Black, Golden Glow, and Jewel Red.
While Realme has not yet shared the full specifications, rumors suggest the 14x will feature a 6.67-inch display and a large 6,000 mAh battery.
The smartphone will come in three memory configurations: 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB. The base model will be priced under INR 15,000, with higher configurations likely costing more.
Expect more details on the 14x’s features to be revealed leading up to its official launch next Wednesday.
