5 ways to make your father feel special on this Father’s Day

Just like every other special day, Father’s Day is the perfect day to make your father feel special. The day is specifically made to celebrate the bond you share with your father and to pay respect for all the efforts he has made for you after being a dad. This year’s Father Day will be celebrated on June 21 all over the world.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, it is impossible to take him out for lunch or dinner. Nothing to be sad about, there are many other ways to make him feel special and to express how much you love him. Don’t worry if you haven’t bought anything for your father, here are a few ideas which will help you to make your pop’s day special which he will remember forever.

Cook His Favorite Food:

Everyone has a favorite dish, so does your father. Either its biryani or pulao, karahi or qorma, cook anything he loves with your own hands and surprise him on the dining table. This little effort will brighten up the rest of his day.

Write An Appreciation Letter:

Instead of writing something on your social media accounts, where are our fathers are not even added, write an appreciation letter, pen down your feelings, and love on a paper and hand him over. He can keep the letter with him for the rest of his life.

Bake a Cake:

If your don’t want to bring cake because of the virus, the easiest and simplest way is to bake your father his favorite cake and enjoy the Father’s Day celebrations by cutting it together.

Watch His Favorite Movie:

This can be a bit difficult because fathers usually love some old classic Bollywood, Lollywood or Hollywood movies, which you may find boring while watch. But it is one of the ways to show how him how much he means to you. Watch his favorite movie and let him share his beautiful stories while watching the movie. He must have some memories attached to the movie.

Play An Indoor Game:

In case, you still are confused, the best thing is to play an indoor game with your father. Get your family together, play Ludo, Chess, Charades or anything he likes. Do a little favor, let him win and see how happy he will get.
