“It was an honour for me after several Bollywood celebrities joined in to follow the viral ‘Pawri’ trend,” added the influencer.
Dananeer Mobeen shot to fame after a video of her quirky representation of ‘burgers upon visiting the Northern areas of Pakistan’ took social media by storm. Her clip transcended borders and to everyone’s amusement, turned into a song courtesy of Indian composer Yashraj Mukhate.
Her now remixed video, garnered over 10 million views in just two days, and has since been recreated by both Pakistani and Indian celebrities, including the likes of Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Randeep Hooda, among many others.
Furthermore, Yashraj Mukhate had turned #PawriHoriHai into a catchy number. The viral trend has helped Yashraj to grow more as according to the composer, Pawri Horai Hai is his most successful yet.
In a recent interview, Mukhate revealed that the video is perhaps his more successful yet and has gained an immense appreciation.
“I put it out, and it has been breaking my personal YouTube records. It’s my fastest two million views’ video,” he shared.
“I’m getting an amazing response. Through my last two-three videos which were dialogue mashups, I got to know that people are not interested in serious music. So, I really wanted this mashup to blow up like my other videos,” said the composer.
