Previously, Belarus claimed to have no part in Moscow’s attack on Ukraine. Even though being a close ally to Russia, it was a ground for Russia to pass through troops and military supplies to the border on Feb.

For months NATO has been sending their armies and troops to Border, Minsk complained. Being close allies, Lithuania, Poland, and Latvia also started to send their troops near Border in response to conflict that got serious.

“The United States and its allies continue to build up their military presence on the state borders of the Republic of Belarus,” Chief of General Staff Viktor Gulevich claimed. “The established grouping has more than doubled in the past six months in quantity and quality.”

He also said that Belarus will also prepare air, artillery defense, and missile striking unit in the West.

Lukashenko declared Moscow will help Minsk make missiles that resemble Iskander. Its the same missiles that were used by Russia against Ukraine. He asked Belarus not to stop utilizing Russian-made S-400 and S-300 missile systems that use surface air phenomenon.

“We are realists, we understand that we will not be able to defeat NATO. But we can cause damage, especially to those territories from which we will be attacked,” he concluded.
