This happened when India needed two runs off a single delivery, but the scores were levelled after that delivery, and Ashwin scored the winning run against Pakistan on the final ball.

Venkat Prabhu’s Chennai 28 II depicted a similar occurrence. Ranjith’s character, Imran, moves from outside the leg stump to inside to throw the ball wide and earn an extra run. Imran’s team needed five runs off five balls with two wickets in hand at this point. “Proud us!!” Venkat Prabhu shared a video on Twitter. He even mentioned R Ashwin.
