Man hits woman with helmet after she refuses to ride on his bike

A CCTV video from Gurugram showed a man striking a woman with a helmet after she refused to ride his bike with him. In a video posted by the media, a man got off the bike and started talking to a woman before striking her with his helmet and the woman struck back with her pocketbook.

According to ACP Manoj K, Gurugram, “A man named Kamal thrashed a woman living in the neighbourhood with a helmet after she refused to ride with him on his bike.”

According to the media, “The woman was severely injured, and was rushed to a hospital. A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed under various sections of the IPC (Indian Penal Code). Further probe is underway.”

The woman got out of the car and appeared to be having a brief argument when the male suddenly became violent and struck her with his helmet, according to the CCTV footage. A couple of other people were also spotted on the scene attempting to assist, and the woman also retaliated with her pocketbook.

A 20-year-old lady just passed away in Sultanpuri, Delhi, after being struck and dragged for nearly 12 kilometres. Even though seven persons have so far been hauled into custody, the investigation is still ongoing.
