Tom Curtis of the U.k. utilizes Photoshop to bring the artistic imaginations of children all over the world to life. He also posts the hilarious results on his Instagram page, Things I Have Drawn. The page features numerous recreated subjects, including animals and vehicles created by his sons and kids all over the world, ranging from a cat with a rectangular body to a bird with a massive beak.
“Dad recreates his children’s drawings of animals and it’s so funny…. Which one’s your favorite?”” read the captions of the photos shared on Twitter by user. They responded to their own tweet with a few more images.
The project began between Tom and his 6-year-old son Dom, according to the Things I Have Drawn website. Dom’s younger brother Al soon joined in the fun. What began as a family project quickly grew into something much larger, and people began submitting drawings of their children. Hundreds of children’s drawings from around the world have now been recreated on the page. “Although Dom and Al are now a little too old to be contributing their own drawings, we’ve got plenty of their old ones in the drawer, to add to the many more being submitted every month from talented young artists everywhere,” the website says.
