A millionaire CEO booked out Disney World to celebrate a successful year with his team. LadBible says that Ken Griffin not only paid for his employees from all over the world to come, but also for their families. Mr. Griffin is the CEO of Citadel LLC, which is a global hedge fund and financial services company.

In addition, the kind millionaire paid for his staff’ flights from New York, Houston, Paris, Zurich, and other destinations. He also paid for hotels, park tickets, and food like sushi, paella, and lamb chops. On top of that, employees got to go to a concert where Coldplay, Carly Rae Jepsen, and DJ Diplo all played.

A company spokesman said that about 10,000 people came to Walt Disney World for the three days of celebrations in the different parks.

Mr. Griffin wanted to thank his employees for a great year of hard work and celebrate the company’s success on the market, even though many other hedge funds didn’t do well this year.

Griffin told the crowd, as reported by the New York Post, “We have built the most extraordinary team not only in our history – but also in the history of finance,” “We have an incredible future ahead of us – and I look forward to the chapters yet to be written.”
The Forbes Rich List says that the head of a hedge fund is worth about US$ 31.7 billion (Rs 2,61,03,84,050). He is the 40th richest person in the world because of this. A spokesperson for Citadel, Zia Ahmed, told Reuters that the company is on track to have its best year ever.

The Post said that he also threw a big party for his employees and gave $1.5 billion to arts, education, and medicine.
In a similar story, the boss of a marketing company called Soup Agency in Sydney, Australia, took her employees on a 10-day trip to an exotic resort in Bali.

Workers were seen going on hikes in the morning sun, quad-biking, working by the pool, doing yoga, eating and drinking together, and going to meetings.
