The objective of the mid-traffic haircut and the identity of the stylist remain unknown. In view of recent occurrences that have brought attention to the 6th Street Bridge, it is possible that this is a publicity trick.
Who is to say that the barber didn’t require a haircut?
In the past two weeks, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has had to intervene multiple times and close the bridge due to illegal street takeovers.
