PMD predicts more intermittent rain wind-thunderstorm today

More intermittent rain wind-thunderstorm (with few hailstorm and heavy falls) is expected in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Northeast Balochistan, Sindh and Islamabad on Sunday (today).

Karachi receives cloudy weather today morning. The maximum temperature recorded today was 37 degrees Celsius whereas humidity was 67 percent. Temperature in Karachi can be from 37 to 39 degrees Celsius till the next two days.

According to the met department of Pakistan, a westerly wave is affecting most parts of the country and likely to persist in upper parts till Tuesday.

Rain wind-thunderstorm (with few hailstorm and heavy falls) is expected in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Northeast Balochistan, Sindh and Islamabad. Meanwhile, dust-thunderstorm with rain is also expected in districts of upper Sindh on Monday (tomorrow).

Intermittent Rain wind-thunderstorm occurred in districts of Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Sindh, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, north & central Balochistan and Islamabad. Hot and dry weather prevailed in other parts of the country in the last 24 hours.
