It followed a conflagration Friday at the Mega retail complex in Khimki, northern Moscow, home to the original Russian IKEA branch.

These fires haven’t been linked to aircraft strikes.

Others argued that, with the Russian economy stressed by international sanctions, this could be sabotaged by Moscow’s competitors.

Igor Sushko provided videos of the incident in Kyiv.

Locals say that nothing burns anymore.
