An ex-boss of Welsh women’s rugby said that the “toxic culture” of misogyny at the Welsh Rugby Union led her to consider suicide.
Furthermore, according to Charlotte Wathan, a male coworker declared in front of others in an office that he desired to “rape” her.
One-parent mother and another former WRU employee claimed to have written a guidebook for her spouse in case she committed suicide.
According to the WRU, both situations were looked into, and the right steps were taken.
