Rishi Sunak‘s address included a wide range of topics, including affordable childcare, vandalism, and violence against women.

As was to be predicted, he stated that he wants everyone to study arithmetic up to the age of 18.

But the substance of his address was contained in five important commitments, against which he urged the general public to evaluate him.
