Sindh Health Department has stated that 23 patients in the Sukkur Isolation Facility who have tested negative twice have recovered.
According to the details, these patients have been given the permission to go home. This brings the total number of recoveries in Sindh to 41.
Earlier today Sindh has reported two new deaths from the COVID-19, the tally raises to five in Sindh.
Provincial Minister of Sindh for Health, and Population Welfare, Azra Pechuho confirmed the two deaths from Novel coronavirus in Karachi.
The patients were 52 and 66 years old and had been diagnosed with COVID-19 three days ago.
Health Department said in a Tweet “We can confirm 2 more deaths in Karachi from coronavirus as of this morning. The 66 and 52-year-old had underlying renal & respiratory diseases & had acquired COVID19 through contact at the Raiwand Ijtima.”
