Dar says no decision made to ban Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf yet

LAHORE: Deputy Prime Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar says prudent policies and reforms will help improve and strengthen economic conditions in the country.

Talking to media persons, here on Tuesday, he said under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan is now on the path of development.

He said PTI is a foreign-funded party and it wants to create chaos in the country for vested interests, adding that it has not been decided yet to ban the PTI and the PML-N would talk to its allies about it.

The Deputy Prime Minister said the government will not allow anyone to play with the country’s constitution.

He said the May 9 incidents are absolutely unacceptable and cases will be handled according to the constitution and law.

Ishaq Dar said Pakistan is strengthening its diplomatic relations with foreign countries.

Ishaq Dar said inflation rate has decreased during the last four months and all economic indicators are positive.

He expressed the confidence that Pakistan would soon emerge as economic power in region.

Ishaq Dar said the PML-N and PDM led government sacrificed their politics to save the state.
