Dania Enwer recently returned from “Tamasha” and has begun giving interviews. Today, she appeared on the morning show “Subh Ka Samaa”, hosted by Madeha Naqvi.
In the show, she revealed the reason behind her divorce. Talking about divorce, she said, “I don’t regret any of my decisions but first divorce was hard for me. People say, ‘Just take a divorce, it is easy’, but it is difficult and I had a strong support system. My family supported me throughout. Initially, I didn’t tell my family but when I told them, they were okay with it. I started seeing the red flags but then things deteriorated. Also, he started taking drugs, but the thing is that drugs and this kind of behavior is just an excuse for abusive people. He even started using heroin. It was a physically and emotionally abusive marriage because he didn’t use to earn and when I needed money, he used to beat me. So, I suffered a lot in my marriage”.
