A prominent distributor specializing in data center and high-quality brands within IT security and networking products.
Job Description:
? Sales support to help close business deals by providing competitive quotes and order reports to sales team, negotiating pricing and other terms with suppliers, and coordinating with the Logistics team for fulfillment of customer orders.
? Ensure quick turnaround time on quotes and requests to submissions.
? Communicate with customers on the status of their orders.
? Handle inquiries from customers, vendors, and the internal team, providing resolutions as applicable within the specified timeframe.
? Act as a point of contact for back-office responsibilities
