What you’ll be doing
- Analyze competition, best practices, and local market trends for the Marketing team
- Assist in developing the sales force animation program
- Collect customer feedback for actionable insights
- Conduct monthly reports on customer insights, sales analysis, and in-store traffic
- Implement the operational in-store action plan
- Handle live coverage on social media platforms
- Monitor store KPIs and optimize service and in-store experience
- Oversee campaign and promotion performance, reporting to the Marketing team
