Job description / Role
Desert Gate is seeking a native Russian speaker currently residing in the UAE for the role of Experience Advisor.
- Familiarity with all aspects of the excursions program related to tours sold.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the sales program.
- Actively sell tours to guests to generate company revenue.
- Provide information on available tours and assist guests with inquiries and special requests.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Submit daily sales and attendance reports to the Experience Manager.
- Enter all bookings and follow up with the finance department on cash payments.
- Maintain a pleasant and friendly manner, possessing good general knowledge of products and services.
- Report to the In Destinations Sales Manager for guidance and directives.
