- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions for the transportation of luxury cars.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Regularly conduct business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for differentiation to have an up-to-date report to the leadership team.
