MALAKAND: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) central leader Mufti Kifayatullah and his wife were injured, while two people lost their lives in a firing incident in Batkhela, Malakand.
According to Levies officials, the incident occurred at the residence of JUI’s district chief, Mufti Kifayatullah, when unidentified assailants opened fire.
According to Levies officials, Mufti Kafayatullah’s son and daughter were killed in the shooting while Mufti Kafayatullah and his wife were shifted to hospital with injuries.
