Gilgit: The Caretaker Prime Minister’s two-day visit to Gilgit-Baltistan has been cancelled. Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar was supposed to participate in the 76th Independence Day celebrations of Gilgit-Baltistan today.
According to sources, the Caretaker Prime Minister’s flight has been cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
It should be noted that the 76th Independence Day of Gilgit-Baltistan is being celebrated today with zest and zeal. On Independence Day, there is a public holiday in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Earlier, the caretaker PM Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar will preside over various meetings in Lahore on Monday and Tuesday.
The news sources said that the caretaker PM will also preside over a review meeting on the law and order situation in the province.
Added to that, the Governor and caretaker Chief Minister (CM) of Punjab will also meet the caretaker PM, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar.
